About us

History Pictures and Documents is a digital historical documentation
centre. We collect and publish written and unwritten sources for the
benefit of everyone who is interested in history. Special target groups are::

•  tourists and travellers
• students
• teachers
• authors
• publishers
• institutions who are in search of historical pictures,
  writen documents and audiovisual sources.

Most of our publications are only digitally available; most are in English,
soms partly in German or French. Some publications are available as
paper book, mostly in Dutch.
